Location

Roskilde is a bustling city located in Zealand, Denmark. With a population of just over 50,000 people, it is large enough to provide plenty of attractions within its limits, including its own major airport. Its proximity to Copenhagen means it has excellent ground transportation hubs as well, making it the perfect launch pad for exploring the region. One of the most impressive sights to see is the Viking Ship Museum, where visitors can get up close and personal with five of the best preserved Viking ships in the world.
